The CSS W65 is a multifunctional wind farm service operation vessel (SOV)  based on the proven 84m CSS hullform design. The primary features of the vessel are:

  • 25T knuckle boom crane,
  • 26m reach telescoping gangway with elevator and 300kg equipment transfer capability
  • 12.8T rated helideck
  • accommodation for up to 120 people.

Although primarily designed as a wind farm mother ship with a 12m crew transfer vessel and a variety of crew transfer options for safe personnel transfer, the vessel is classed as an MOU which allows for the additional flexibility of working in oil field operations as an accommodation service vessel.
