At Vard Marine Inc. (VARD), we value the collaborative relationships with our suppliers, vendors, contractors and subcontractors (hereinafter “Suppliers”), as they play an integral role in helping us deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, on time delivery, and within budget. We strive to work with Suppliers who prioritize sustainable development, and are environmentally, socially, and economically responsible.
We have implemented a streamlined onboarding process for all potential Suppliers wishing to do business with our company. As VARD and its parent company, Vard Group AS, are part of the global Fincantieri Company, a portion of the new Supplier’s onboarding process includes registration to the Fincantieri E-Procurement site, e-NGAGE.
Please follow the steps outlined below to complete your new Supplier onboarding:
Step 1: Following the steps identified in the SupplHi-Vard-Vendor-User-Guide, please register as a Supplier with Fincantieri e-NGAGE portal, Fincantieri E-NGAGE.
Step 2: Download and complete the following required Supplier registration documents:
ii) Statement on Conflict of Interest ; and
iii) Suppliers' Code of Ethics
Step 3: Please upload the Statement on Conflict of Interest in the Fincantieri e-NGAGE portal as per the instructions provided in the SupplHi-Vard-Vendor-User-Guide.
Step 4: Please return a copy of the following required documentation to procurement@vardmarineinc.com:
i) Due Diligence Form;
ii) Supplier Code of Ethics; (NOTE: Supplier is only required to initial the first page of this document);
iii) Supplier’s ISO 9001:2015 certificate; and
iv) Supplier’s Proof of Business Entity.
